About Ramside Hall

Located just outside Durham, Ramside Hall is one of the North East’s leading golf and leisure destinations. The resort is home to two acclaimed 18-hole golf courses — the Cathedral and Prince Bishop’s — alongside an award-winning hotel and spa.

Designed by Jonathan Gaunt, both courses offer distinct challenges, with ongoing upgrades enhancing the Cathedral Course experience ahead of completion in 2026. Beyond the fairways, Ramside Hall is undergoing a major transformation, with a multi-million pound investment delivering a state-of-the-art golf academy, short-game facilities and a large-scale golf and entertainment complex, positioning the venue as a modern, inclusive destination for golfers of all abilities.

Our Role

The Loop leads PR and communications for Ramside Hall, supporting the resort’s ambition to become the North East’s number one golf venue.

Working closely with the Ramside team, we help bring the venue’s vision to life through clear, compelling storytelling that reflects both its golfing heritage and its evolution into a contemporary golf, leisure and entertainment destination.
