About The Walton Heath Trophy
One of the UK’s finest inland golf venues, Walton Heath – with its iconic Old and New courses designed by the legendary Herbert Fowler – will once again host one of the UK’s premier amateur events in July: The Walton Heath Trophy.

The Walton Heath Trophy is open to both men and women, run simultaneously for the Michael Lunt Salver and Jill Thornhill Rose respectively. The women’s event was introduced in 2024 following the venue’s successful hosting of the AIG Women’s Open, while previous winners of the men’s championship include 2016 Masters winner, Danny Willett, Ross McGowan and Gary Wolstenholme.
