The Fairways Project: 20 Minutes a Year to Change the Golf Industry for Good.
As proud sponsors of the Women in Golf Awards, we are excited to support their latest initiative: The Fairways Project.
The project is a 5-year research initiative by the Women in Golf Awards and 59club, designed to capture the experiences of everyone working in the golf industry. This project is for men and women of all ages and job roles, from turfcare professionals and golf club staff to PGA Members and Assistant Members.
Why Your Voice Matters
By participating, you’re helping to create a golf industry that values diversity, inclusion, and equality. Your experiences will guide leaders, clubs, and organizations to make informed decisions about workplace culture, career development, and inclusivity initiatives.
The project seeks to understand what it’s really like to work across the golf industry. They want perspectives from all ages and job roles, including:
- Turfcare professionals
- Golf club staff
- PGA Members and Assistant Members
How to Get Involved
Participation is simple:
- Sign up to receive the “Getting to Know You” survey this March: Survey Sign-Up
- After that, there will be two short, 10-minute surveys per year to complete
That’s just 20 minutes annually to contribute valuable insights and help improve the industry for everyone.
Encourage your colleagues to join! The more voices that participate, the more meaningful the results will be.
