Alex Narey

Alex first stepped into the world of journalism 25 years ago, working his way up from regional Press to senior positions at the Daily Telegraph and Press Association – covering all sports with a special focus on features, editing and commissioning.

Along the way, he would spend eight years as Managing Editor of Golf Monthly – assuming responsibility for the day-to-day running of the magazine and playing a key role in its evolution from the UK’s number one print publication into the global, multi- platform media brand that it is today.

In recent years, he has made the transition from working in consumer media to agency PR, content and marketing, with expertise in the golf travel market. Alex has a deep passion for golf but an even deeper passion for seeing good ideas and storytelling come to life, with an extensive contacts book across traditional and modern media.
